DMCA Policy

Ambrosia Salad respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This policy describes the information that should be present in a notice of alleged copyright infringement and how to submit a counter-notification if your content has been removed due to a DMCA claim.

It is our policy to respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"). If we receive a DMCA complaint, we will promptly remove or disable access to the infringing material as required by law. Please be aware that you may be liable for damages (including costs and attorneys' fees) if you materially misrepresent that material or activity is infringing your copyrights.
